Providing services as an amenity is becoming more popular, the property owner or association purchases the base services at discounted rates from UltraVue and includes them to their residents as an amenity. The owner or association can include the price of the services in the rent, association dues, or charge the resident a separate technology services fee increasing ancillary income and increasing the community value. UltraVue or its partnered providers would bill the association, or property owner for all units and handle all the continued service and support.
